We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if an item arrives damaged or seems defective, please contact us via e-commerce@youthwill.com. Provide the order ID number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product and we'll be happy to resolve the issue and try our best to assist you. Return Window
You have up to 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Refunds for damaged, faulty or incorrect items
For customers who have received wrong or defective products, we will refund to you on the same payment method used for the order all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery.
*Should you choose to keep certain items and only make partial return, the delivery cost and relevant tax will not be refunded.
Returns for change of mind
For change of mind returns, your product needs to be in brand new condition, unopened and have their original packaging intact to qualify for a refund. And you are responsible for all return charges (return shipping fee, tax etc.)
Exchanges
We don’t offer an exchange service once your order has been placed/fulfilled/delivered. However, you could contact our customer service team as soon as possible if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If you have already received your order, we would be happy to help you process a return and refund of any new and unopened items. When the refund is processed, you may place a new order for an alternative product.
Refund Time Frame
We will refund to you on the same payment method used for the order all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the items or evidence of you having sent back the items or verify your return by other means, whichever is earlier.
